If I could give 100 stars, I would. Shay in the office has the best customer service! Steve came by to assess the job, he was very knowledgeable and beyond fair. The technician Marc they sent was exceptionally professional and did a fantastic job. Do not search anywhere else…this team has everything covered. It is rare to receive this level of service these days. I highly recommend these guys.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. I called on a holiday Monday and Steve picked up and talked to me at length even though it was a holiday. I was extremely worried about potentially having Bed Bugs as I woke with tons of bites. Steve changed his schedule to fit mine so he could come the following morning and did a thorough search. He found none, which I was relieved about, but it was impossible to know for sure if they were hidden in the headboard so he suggested getting a K9. The K9 found none either to my relief. I read about tons of companies that plant bugs in order to get business - Steve did neither of those things, nor did the canine company he referred me to. I was so grateful for Steves honesty, warmth, kindness and professional expertise. From the start, he made it clear that if I had any further questions, even if I didn't go with him he'd be happy to offer support. He went above and beyond. I feel like I really lucked out in finding them. Thank you so much, Steve!

My experience with Steve was incredible!! He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and personable. He took the time to make sure I understood everything there was to know about the treatment and made sure all the questions were answered. I recommend this service ten times over! Outstanding, 5 stars isn’t enough!!

Shay and Cathy both deserve a 5 star review. Both were beyond helpful and provided a lot of help in a not so good bug situation. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend this company!

Amazing customer service! The reception team was very quick to respond to my inquiry, and to send an inspector to my home ASAP to address a bug issue. Shay was very helpful and responsive via email and phone. She made sure my issue was dealt with in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend!
